1. Who is JUNK BUSTERS-USA?

A. JUNK BUSTERS-USA is a residential and commercial professional junk removal service for the Central Texas area including Austin and the surrounding communities.

2. What can you haul and what can't you haul?

A. We can haul away almost anything. We can't haul away hazardous materials. That means no paint, batteries or WMDs. For a better idea see our Services page.

3. Are you insured?

A.  Absolutely.

4. What do you charge for a job?

A. Our rates are based on how much room the junk takes up in one our customized trucks. Since this is the case we will only be able to provide an estimate based on your description of the junk when you schedule an appointment. Our rates include all disposal fees we might incur to safely dispose of your junk.

5. What services do you offer?

A. Professional residential and commercial junk removal. We do all the loading and clean-up.

6. Do I have to be present at the site during the work?

A. No. We realize that people have busy schedules due to work, kids, vacation, alien abductions, etc. We will be more than happy to haul away your junk without you being present. All of our employees are trustworthy individuals who have passed thorough background checks. We would be happy to arrange payment option that work for you.

7. Do you have additional charges?

A. Depending on the item(s) certain additional charges may apply. An example would be very heavy items or ones that are hard to get to. If this is the case for your job, we'll inform you up front before we begin.

8. Who do you offer services to?

A. Anyone who needs to have something professionally hauled away. For a better idea of the places we haul from, see our Services page.

9. How do I get you to remove my junk?

A. You can schedule an appointment for a time convenient for you during the day by calling 1-866-JUNK-HAUL (1-866-586-5428) or the local number (512-249-5500). Or you can contact us through our web site on the Contact Us page.

10. Do I need to schedule in advance?

A.  We try to get to everyone as soon as possible.  Depending on demand for a certain day, scheduling a job a day or two in advance is always a good idea.

11. What do you do with the items?

A. As a first option we try to recycle or donate every item we pickup. Only as a last resort will we take items to a local landfill.

12. My lazy husband won't stop watching sports and help with the house work.  What can you do?

A. Our Husband Improvement Program (HIP) is currently under development and will train husbands to do their share of the house work and keep you happy!
